The building and rooms here are really nice and well-maintained. There's plenty of food to choose from at the restaurant 🍴. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the city.

The location here was awesome - right next to shops and coffee spots 🏙️. The staff were super friendly and very helpful if you had any questions.

The connected rooms with a common door at Saray Hotel Amman were perfect for our family. We loved the privacy and comfort it provided, along with the delicious meals included in our stay. The air-conditioned rooms were well-equipped with a desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. As low-budget travellers, this was definitely the best deal for us.

Personally, I found the shared bathroom in some of the rooms a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it, so it's just my subjective opinion.

The rooms here are brand new and very spacious from my perspective.

We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with a marvellous and courteous staff. Location: the property was next to restaurants, and restaurants shops and coffe shops.

Nothing to dislike.

Our romantic escape was absolutely incredible! the staff was top notch, making us feel so special. Breakfast in bed was a delight, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the bed was super comfy and the room decor was lovely. the balcony had a stunning view of the city lights.

The noise from the street below, but that's to be expected in such a central location. we had to wait for a bit for our room to be ready, but the staff was so friendly and accommodating that it really wasn't a big deal.
