The building and rooms here are really nice and well-maintained. There's plenty of food to choose from at the restaurant 🍴. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of the city.

We truly enjoyed this hotel, it was fairly clean with a marvellous and courteous staff. Location: the property was next to restaurants, and restaurants shops and coffe shops.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were quite rude.

The connected rooms with a common door at Saray Hotel Amman were perfect for our family. We loved the privacy and comfort it provided, along with the delicious meals included in our stay. The air-conditioned rooms were well-equipped with a desk, kettle, fridge, minibar, and flat-screen TV. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. As low-budget travellers, this was definitely the best deal for us.

Personally, I found the shared bathroom in some of the rooms a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it, so it's just my subjective opinion.

The location here was perfect and just a short distance from everywhere we wanted to visit.

The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I got a free room upgrade from deluxe to superior, thanks to Mr. Mohammed. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The breakfast at Selma restaurant was good, with a mix of Arabic and Western flavors. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and coffee shops. a great choice for budget travelers.

Felt safe, no reason to complain.
